Operational Messaging Terms
Effective July 22, 2026
These terms govern the Leroy Frontier AI private operational SMS program for subscribed business owners and other users authorized by their company.
Program description
After opting in, an authorized user may receive business alerts, summaries, reminders, approval requests, and responses to commands from Leroy Frontier AI and the business's assigned AI agent. This channel is intended for business operations, not consumer marketing.
Authorization and consent
By enrolling, you confirm that you control or are authorized to use the mobile number provided and that your company permits you to access its connected operational information. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with business activity and user commands. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or email leroyjeanpierree@gmail.com. If you later want to resume, complete the consent form again or follow the re-enrollment instructions provided.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be unavailable on some carriers or devices and may be interrupted by network, carrier, provider, or compliance restrictions.
Security and acceptable use
Do not use SMS to send passwords, payment-card data, protected health information, or other highly sensitive data. Leroy Frontier AI may restrict or suspend messaging to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or unlawful use.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle messaging information. Mobile opt-in data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Changes
We may update these terms as the program or carrier requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
